1.Advantage

The traditional method billing with area shared by each tenant lead to heavy energy loss, actual energy consumption is not calculated.AKE Energy Management System, used to meter energy in HVAC system ,offers a quality solution based on the actual heating or cooling energy consumption by each tenant, it could generate customized reports on daily, weekly or monthly for air conditioning energy consumptionm and enable comprehensive analysis of the whole energy consumption, realizing energy saving.

 

 

2. System Principle

It real-time detects the temperature of supply and return pipe, monitors theinstantaneous flow rate, according to Heat Exchange of thermodynamics principlethe BTU Meter accumulates each users heat energy consumption, asper rated unit price (Dollars/MW) to calculate the total fee of them.

 

3. Characteristic

i)Basing on Heat Exchange of Thermodynamics principle, reasonable;ii)Electronic system, low effect from outside, long lifetime;iii)No mechanical movement parts within the Meter, much more accurate andachieve to 1.5%;iv)Adopted Four-wires Temperature Sensor PT1000, easy of application;
